In The Woodlands, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Das European Autohaus North at (832) 390-1449; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. The Woodlands is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around The Woodlands is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Brought my S4 in for an oil change, Richard helped me and was wonderful. You can tell these guys know their stuff, the only reason this review isn’t getting 5 stars is simply due to the cost. Out of all the euro mechanics I’ve gone to, I’ve never paid near the price I paid here.

I don't leave many reviews. But the injustice that is going on right now I have to. They did a diagnostic on my car. I paid for it. When he said there would be no storage fees. Now they're trying to charge me to get my own car back.. after I paid for the diagnostic.. the manager at this store and what they're trying to do to me is criminal. I will be fighting. He also said I could just give him the title and call it even.

Very nice folks but no idea what they are doing. I may recommend them for an oil change or wiper blade replacement but if you need actual mechanical work , take your car elsewhere or you will regret it. Took my car in for a coolant leak in December. I was told it was fix, picked up the car, still leaking, took back 2 other times, still leaking. Paid thousands of dollars to have working parts replaced and whatever is causing the leak is still not fixed. 5/14/26 Update: That β€œHousewife of New Jersey β€œ response to my review tells you all you need to know…Yes old cars will need repairs especially BMWs which is why you need a good shop who knows what they are doing. These guys are blaming it on anything but their lack of knowledge and crappy guess work. The problem is unchanged after 3 repairs and they still refuse to admit they have no idea what is wrong, instead they are trying to convince me it is a new issue each time. BMW repairs are too expensive and frequent to have to deal with this crap too. You will not save time or money going here, take your car to the BMW dealership. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Horrible experience of poor diagnosis. I would not bring them a pedal car to work on. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. *** Update: Right off the rip they did not even want to look at the car. Amazing that another shop was able to fix the car by just doing the following: injectors, plugs and new wires. Oil level was low with a leak in the oil pan. If you want a half ass diagnostic bring your car in, that is what you will get with Mr. Bet My Reputation On It lol. Advised nothing. Did not give me the compression report, all he said was no compression and needs an engine, therefore not worth fixing. Could not even put it back together. Charge top dollar for crap service.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my vehicle in for a seatbelt issue and explained that I believed it was the sensor. Instead of performing what felt like a thorough inspection, the advisor appeared to base the diagnosis primarily on what I described verbally. There was no clear walkthrough of testing or confirmation of the exact failure before presenting me with a quote. They pulled my VIN number and quickly generated an estimate totaling over $1,600 for a driver-side seat belt latch replacement. That is a significant repair cost to recommend without clearly showing the diagnostic process. We were also left sitting in the waiting area for quite a while with no updates. I finally went up to the front desk myself to ask what was going on, and only then did I get a brief explanation. Communication throughout the visit was poor and made the experience even more frustrating. What was especially concerning was when I mentioned that the Mercedes dealership had quoted me a much lower price for the same issue, I was told that β€œthat doesn’t make any sense.” Instead of explaining the difference professionally, the comment came across as dismissive. As a customer, I exp
